Jay from LEGO® Ninjago was adopted by sine parents as a baby. He was raised by two junkyard owners and inventors, and learned a lot of talents from them. He is the beloved lightning ninja dressed in blue that many kids can relate to.
LEGO® Ninjago's Cole is the elemental master of the earth. His parents sent him off to a creative school, but it wasn't for Cole. He traveled away in secret to follow his destiny as a LEGO® Ninjago ninja warrior.
The Zane figure from LEGO® Ninjago is the elemental master of ice. He is a ninja robot who was created in a workshop. He got sine ice powers after a chance visit from an old man who was actually the ice elemental master before Zane.
Nya from the LEGO® Ninjago universe is the only girl on the team. She had to fight for recognition at the beginning and therefore chose to create an alternative identity. She is the elemental master of water and has lots of self-confidence.
